Like many doctors, I’m completely immersed in my own job and personal life. I never really had the time to understand the potential of property development. Being time poor, the idea of developing property myself seemed impossible. That was until I was introduced to Shimon and Jonathan. Within weeks of our first conversation, the boys had identified a shortlist of sites, run feasibilities on each and presented them to me. Suddenly I was ready to buy my first development site. Since I work weekends, I was unable to attend an auction. With their wide network of contacts, they managed to secure an off-market deal within a few days at an incredible price. Fast forward only a few months and the boys had plans and permits approved for 2 townhouses. They made sure to include whatever requirements I had but ultimately, being the experts, made most of the decisions themselves. From then on, I had little to no involvement. I was able to focus on my own work and family knowing that Shimon and Jonathan had my best interest at heart. I would get regular phone calls from the team giving me whatever updates I needed. It truly felt like a highly personalised experience. I couldn’t thank Mayfair and the team more for the work and incredible result they achieved for me and my family. I’ll certainly be developing with Mayfair again.
