Shimon Braude
Shimon’s involvement in the real estate market spans over 10 years. With extensive experience in sales, construction, buyers advocacy and development management under his belt, he couldn’t be better equipped for his role at Mayfair. Being a qualified lawyer as well, Shimon brings formidable structuring, negotiating and deal-making skills to the team. Since its inception, Shimon has personally overseen the delivery of every Mayfair project to date. He applies his in-depth knowledge to ensure every development carrying the Mayfair name is executed successfully and to the exceptionally high standards we pride ourselves on. Relationship-driven with an obsession for detail, Shimon takes great satisfaction in being heavily involved in every aspect of the development lifecycle.

Melbourne born and bred, Jonathan is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. From just 17 years of age, Jonathan spent his spare time creating and running successful businesses. From selling real estate to mortgage broking to e-commerce, Jonathan has a breadth of experience and knowledge that has perfectly equipped him for his role at Mayfair. To put it mildly, Jonathan has developed an addiction with all things real estate. When he’s not inspecting properties or crunching numbers, he can be found by his computer browsing realestate.com.
