- Optimising the external design and footprint of the project
- Perfecting the internal design of the project
- Liaising with Council to achieve a timely and non-restrictive permit
- Tender management of your development to our network of builders
- Obtaining Construction Finance (where applicable)
- Eviction of tenants and abolishment of services
- Demolition
Development Management
- Constant liaising with builders and trades working on site
- Weekly updates to our clients of what is happening on site
- Site visits with client as required
